- All exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Conditions for Exchange
To qualify for an exchange, items must meet the following criteria:
- Undamaged State: The product must be in its original, undamaged condition.
- Clean and Unused: The item should be clean, unused, and free from stains, perfumes, or alterations.
- Original Packaging: The product must be returned with its original packaging, tags, and labels intact with opening video made.
3. Handmade Products and Variations
- No Returns, Only Exchanges: We do not offer returns under any circumstances. Exchanges are available as per the conditions mentioned.
- Handmade Uniqueness: Each product is handmade, making it unique. Due to this, we cannot guarantee the exact same product for exchanges, especially in different categories. However, we will try to offer a product in a similar color or design pattern, based on availability.
- Color and Design Variations: Exchanges will not be processed for reasons related to color or embroidery design as these are clearly detailed in our product descriptions. Customers are requested to read the descriptions thoroughly before purchasing.
