We specialize in handmade Chikankari and Banarasi clothing, including suits, sarees, dupattas, and more. Each piece reflects the elegance of Indian craftsmanship.

2. What fabrics are available in Banarasi products?

Our Banarasi collection features:

  • Muslin Cotton
  • Chiniya Silk
  • Cotton Silk
  • Linen Silk
  • Tissue Silk

3. Do your suits include bottoms?

  • Unstitched Suits:
    • Chikankari: Usually two-piece sets (kurta and dupatta). Some may include a bottom as a three-piece set.
    • Banarasi: All are three-piece sets (kurta, dupatta, and bottoms).
  • Stitched Suits: Yes, stitched suits come with bottoms unless specified otherwise.

4. What is the difference between a two-piece suit set and a three-piece suit set?

  • Two-Piece Suit Set: Includes a kurta and dupatta. This is common in unstitched Chikankari suits.
  • Three-Piece Suit Set: Includes a kurta, dupatta, and bottoms. All Banarasi suits are three-piece sets.

6. Do you deliver internationally?

Yes, we deliver across India and Internationally. Delivery charges for international orders may vary based on location and will be shared at the time of purchase.

All international orders are final sale. No exchanges or returns.

7. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments through:

  • UPI (India)
  • Bank transfers
  • Cash on Delivery (India only, select products)

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:
    To ensure smooth delivery and reduce failed shipments, all COD orders are dispatched only after order confirmation via WhatsApp or phone call. If we do not receive confirmation within 24 hours of contacting you, the order may be cancelled.₹200 COD charge applies to all COD orders, irrespective of order value.

8. Are your products customizable?

Some products can be customized, such as dyeing dupattas or altering lengths. Contact us directly to check for customizations on a specific item.

9. How do I care for the fabric?

  • Chikankari: Handwash or gentle machine wash in cold water. Avoid harsh detergents. Dry Clean mostly advisable .
  • Banarasi: Dry clean only to maintain the shine and texture.

10. Can I return or exchange my order?

We do not offer returns. We offer exchanges only. Exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order, subject to our exchange conditions and product availability. Please refer to our Exchange Policy for complete details.
Please note: minor variations in color or embroidery are part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.

What if my order arrives damaged ?
Please contact us as soon as you receive the order with an opening video and clear photographs/videos of the issue so we can review and assist you.

11. How long does delivery take?

  • India: 5-7 business days
  • International: 7-14 business days, depending on the destination.

Delivery timelines may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen delays. We will share tracking details once your order is shipped.

12. Do you offer free delivery?

We offer free shipping on orders above ₹5,000 across India. Orders below ₹5,000 are subject to applicable shipping charges. For international shipping, delivery charges depend on the location and will be shared at the time of purchase.

13. Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order is shipped, we will share a tracking link via WhatsApp or email.

14. What if I have an issue with my order?
