Exchange Policy – Lajjaa Clothing

At Lajjaa Clothing, we strive to ensure your shopping experience is seamless and satisfying. As a small business offering premium handmade chikankari and Banarasi products, we operate with an exchange-only policy. Kindly read through our exchange guidelines carefully:

1. Exchange Requests and Time Frame

  • All exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.

2. Conditions for Exchange

To qualify for an exchange, items must meet the following criteria:

  • Undamaged State: The product must be in its original, undamaged condition.
  • Clean and Unused: The item should be clean, unused, and free from stains, perfumes, or alterations.
  • Original Packaging: The product must be returned with its original packaging, tags, and labels intact with opening video made. 

3. Handmade Products and Variations

  • No Returns, Only Exchanges: We do not offer returns under any circumstances. Exchanges are available as per the conditions mentioned.
  • Handmade Uniqueness: Each product is handmade, making it unique. Due to this, we cannot guarantee the exact same product for exchanges, especially in different categories. However, we will try to offer a product in a similar color or design pattern, based on availability.
  • Color and Design Variations: Exchanges will not be processed for reasons related to color or embroidery design as these are clearly detailed in our product descriptions. Customers are requested to read the descriptions thoroughly before purchasing.

4. Shipping Costs and Process

  • Return Shipping Cost: Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs of returning the item for an exchange.
  • Return Courier Service: Once your exchange request is approved, we will arrange a return pickup through a reliable courier service. This ensures a secure and trackable process for your convenience.

5. Credit Notes and Gift Cards

  • Please note that we currently do not offer gift cards or credit notes.

6. No Exchange or Return for International Orders

  • We currently do not provide exchanges or returns for international orders. All international sales are final.

7. Exchange Process

To initiate an exchange:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receipt with your order details.
  2. Ensure the item meets all conditions outlined above.
  3. Ship the product back to the address provided upon approval of your request.
